Do you have a booking system?
We don’t have a booking system as I like to discuss treatments with each client to see what the best treatment for them is.
All bookings are done directly through instagram or WhatsApp, contact details are on the ‘visit us’ page.
I am interested in your treatments but no idea what I should be booking in?
Please pop us a message and we will be happy to discuss our treatments, the benefits, what you can expect from them, the results we can hope to see for you as an individual and how we can customise them for you personally.
Are your treatments suitable for everyone, or can we only visit if we are post surgery?
Body By Belle has treatments suitable for people from all walks of life.
Everything we do is centred around finding something that works for you snd we can’t provide what you need we have an endless list of industry contacts that we can refer you on to.
Post surgery, non surgery, female, males, the younger generation and the older generation are all welcome at Body By Belle
How far in advance do I need to book?
We are incredibly lucky to have built a wonderful client base that trust us with their bodies and faces and therefore we do sometimes get booked up for weeks/months in advance. We always recommend messaging us sooner rather than later if you have specific events coming up and need specific days and times.
If you are looking for post surgery aftercare please pop us a message as soon as you have your surgery date.
What if I feel nervous about visiting because I feel insecure or a little anxious?
You never have to feel nervous or insecure about visiting Body By Belle; we welcome people of all sizes and shapes and everyone is made to feel comfortable, in control and empowered.
Photos and videos are never taken unless you want them for your own personal tracking or you specify you are happy for them to be used on social media.
Policies
Your appointment is only confirmed once a non-refundable booking fee has been paid.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late we will not be able to complete your appointment but you will still be charged.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your appointment, as well as no-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.
Packages and block bookings are non-refundable.
Training days have to be paid in full at time of booking and are non-refundable.
Please attend your appointment alone, unless agreed otherwise.
